The Internship Program is currently open to any college-level student interested in gaining hands-on field experience to understand field production and processes on construction projects.
About the program
The internship program at Marwa Construction provides a learning experience in project management, field supervision, safety, preconstruction services and estimates.
Marwa Construction will assign a specific Area Supervisor to work directly with the student to gain knowledge and the skillset to deliver quality projects on time, within budget, and to always meet the expectations of clients.
Currently, accepting Summer 2020 students.
Education
Must be actively enrolled in a four-year construction related Bachelor's degree program with at least two (2) years of education and demonstrate interest in the civil engineering industry.
Communication
Strong ability to demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
Team player
Exhibits professionalism, attention to detail and desire to work in a team environment. Also, capable of identifying problems and recommending corrective actions to team.
transportation
Ability to relocate to DFW for the duration of the program and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
